Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
