Description

A quick and healthy recipe for making egg white omelet cups filled with spinach and mushrooms using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, diced mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper to the egg whites and mix well.
  4. Spray the air fryer cups or silicone molds with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the cups or molds.
  6. Place the cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg is set.
  7. Carefully remove the cups from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
