- 2 chicken sausages, cooked and sliced
- 4 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg whites into the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced chicken sausage and diced bell peppers to the egg whites and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the egg white mixture in the tortillas and topping with cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
