Description

A quick and healthy breakfast option featuring egg whites and chicken sausage, all cooked in an air fryer for a delicious taco experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 chicken sausages, cooked and sliced
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the egg whites into the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced chicken sausage and diced bell peppers to the egg whites and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
